Bear Grylls Men's Original Long Sleeve Shirt, Metal, Large Review

I picked up one of these because it was on sale. I also have two other BG Craghoppers Trek shirts which cost a bit more. While both these types of shirts look the same at first glance, they are not. The BG Trek shirts have the expandable/stretch material (all black area's) which is great for hiking and climbing. The stretch material makes the large size fit like a large size too! They also come with 3 pockets 2 chest 1 left arm. Pockets also have ventilated backs.

This shirt while durable has no stretch material, (So large feels a little tight) just dark cloth on the shoulders. Also it only comes with one breast pocket. It does have the vented rear shoulder/back part, the roll up snap for the sleeves, has rip stop material and reinforced sewn on buttons like the Trek version which is great.

When I checked the prices recently, I compared this one (in light gray) to the Trek light gray version. The trek with the extra pockets and sewn in stretch material was only $3.00 more so my choice was made.

This is a great standard 1 pocket shirt for outdoors/camping etc. if you can get it for no more than $20-25.00. If you are looking for more options and stretch ability then go for the Trek. It costs a little more but is well worth it.

I am a runner, 2-3 miles daily.. not a ton of running but enough to still need a good shoe. I bought these ASICS after my NIKES disappointed me. These shoes are great. Light, breathable, cute, comfortable and inexpensive for a running shoe. Normally I wear 8.5 but I purchased a 9 and they fit perfect, I would suggest ordering 1/2 size up from what you normally wear. So far I am in LOVE with these shoes!

Prana tops tend to run a little smaller than some other brands and this is designed to be a slim top. The arms are particularly slim cut, so if you are particularly muscular or have larger shoulders/upper arms - this might be an issue.

It's a thinner, tissue-like shirt, but the printing over the majority of the shirt makes it so it isn't see through. You'll definitely want a flesh-tone bra since anything else would be visible at the shoulder areas.

The print is really attractive, but appears to be printed to the shirt after it is sewn. As a result, there is an area on the one I received that is white when it should be colored (you can see where the fabric obviously folded and didn't get fully printed). Otherwise, an awesome top.

Hand washing is recommended though...

  I bought these after some research for zumba class. The Swivel spot is great. They do run narrow I wish I had bought a size up or so. I also added Dr Scholes sport inserts for more support. They are extremely breathable which is nice.

Wish this model had an option to light up but I know I didn't purchase a Gshock or some other expensive watch. Sometimes it takes the heart rate monitor time to respond but typically my heart rate will show in less than 5 minutes. Other than that, I'm happy with the calorie count, heart rate average, and training zone timer. It's a great purchase for the price and definitely keeps me motivated throughout my workouts. I recommend it!
