i have this as well as the inner velcro belt that works perfectly with this. you don't have to have any keepers at all because the belts Velcro together, keeping everything nice and snug. it is extremely stiff when it comes, so if you have to change the buckle location, good luck. it was so stiff that i had to YouTube how to adjust it because i thought i was going to break or ruin something. i love being able to set all my gear exactly where i want it on my belt, and just pull this belt away from the inner belt and everything stays in its place. otherwise, it would take 30 minutes to set everything on there properly. worth the money!
