Topeak DynaPack Bicycle Seat Post Mount Bag with Fixer Review
Bought this 8/11/08, it died 12/30/09. The zipper partially failed early on, only one of the two pulls would work. The bag velcros to a loop of heavy wire or rod, which is held together with a tongue that has a spring-loaded button to secure it in a plastic sleeve. The sleeve attaches to the seatpost with a metal bolt. I went over a bump and the bolt pulled through the plastic, and the bag fell off. I had to duct tape the sleeve to the seatpost to get the bag home. The bag had the usual stuff in it: spare tube, patch kit, minipump, multi-tool, tire levers, CO2 cartridge, rain jacket, a couple of energy bars, some bandaids, and the little roll duct tape that got me home. Apparently too much weight for the bolt. The aero design and ease of on/off are very nice, though. I will probably buy another but never fill it more than half-way. Heavier small items I will carry in a Bento Box or my jersey.
