These pants are pretty good. I think the waist runs a bit small, I ordered a 30 and they're perfect, but I normally wear a 28-29. Keep that in mind. The pants are narrower through the leg which was fine for me, but a complaint for some. Heavy duty use shows minimal degradation.I did have to do some sewing to repair the crotch, the existing thread just came apart and began to open up, this was after only a month of having the pants, but I was wearing them nearly every day, climbing over guardrails and such too, so maybe I was a bit more exerting on them than they're designed for.
Overall, really great pants. I got them from Warehouse Deals for $30, and I think that's a great price. Not sure how willing I'd be to pay the normal $65... but then again, I'm somewhat cheap. Either way, they're solid hiking pants that are breathable and water resistant. No worries if you go with these, unless you have big thighs. Happy trails!
