The dies showed up with a set screw stripped out of the locking collar and couldn't tighten it. I called Lyman and they wanted me to pay shipping to send the whole set back and pay shipping for a new set to be sent to me for a 2 cent set screw. I went out and bought a screw myself but I shouldn't of had to. Lyman service sucks but the dies seem to work good now though.
