This helmet is warm, comfortable, and easy to adjust. The finish, as stated, is an eggshell matte on the shell. Straps are easy to adjust, and the circumference of the liner is adjustable at the back with a velcro closure. It looks nice, materials seem to be top-notch. The box included a black decal that the user has the option to apply.

This helmet is advertised as being useful for cycling, skateboarding, rollerskating/rollerblading, and snow sports. Despite its looks, I could not find any evidence that it is useful for horseback riding. Recommended for anyone who wants a close-fitting helmet for cycling but doesn't want the "alien head" look of most modern cycling helmets.
