The left shoe of the pair I received was at least one size smaller, with a second size chart over the first sticker on the tongue to conceal the original size.
After receiving the 'full' refund, I still came up $30 short of the total cost. I was not refunded the tax, or the entire expenses for return shipping, since Amazon does not reimburse customers any return shipping costs above $15. In cases like these, where defective items are shipped out, Amazon should make policy exceptions and reimburse the entire amount spent by the customer, including tax, and all return shipping costs. As it is, this return policy will lead frustrated customers to leave bad reviews, causing less people to purchase from Amazon, with the result that the loss of potential profit is likely to exceed that which Amazon is saving by putting a refund limit on all returns, including those for customers who through no fault of their own are receiving defective merchandise.
Besides all of the above, the sneaker is made in China. It has a cheap look to it that is less apparent in the picture. I will not purchase Osiris again.
