I like these for skateshoes, comfortable with more shock absorption just a normal shoe. I'm a longboarder & have been riding éS shoes whose soles last forever but can't get them in my size anymore. These are better than Vans comfort wise & the uppers are probably more durable- but the soles last about as long when footbraking- not long at all.
