Youth Med/53-58cm fits my 6 year old gal with a little room to grow.
It comes with a liner. This helmet is on the slightly heavier side (maybe because it is a full ski helmet), so that's why I gave it 4 stars.
I bought the matching pink flutterby frame goggle with this helmet, all for less than $30. A value buy.
