I'm picky about my bolsters, so I was a little apprehensive about buying online, but I had a gift certificate and the price was right. I'm glad I gave it a chance, because this is exactly what I was hoping for. The bolster is firm and supportive, but not hard and uncomfortable. It compresses slightly with weight, and I expect (and hope!) that it will flatten slightly with use. That said, it still provides the level of support I wanted. I'm very pleased with the bolster.
