I was very excited to receive these pants as I am new to practicing yoga and my knees were having a hard time adjusting. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the pants because when I was standing, the knee pads were over my knees but when I was down on my knees, the knee pads would ride up above my knees so I was constantly tugging them down. Only problem is, when I tugged them down so that the pads would cover my knees then my underwear and my backside would be exposed. It was very frustrating.
