Literally. I really like my Etnies. But, they are made for people with normal width feet. I don't fall in that category. Not even close. I wish Etnies made a wider shoe (at least double EE) or I was made with not as a wide foot. If shoe and foot were the same width, shoe would get a 5 but, 4 is all I can go with until.
