this is a replacement for the winn archery release i have been borrowing for a year and a half. the main drawback of the winn style was that your hand was taken up by the release and it was really difficult to grab or hold stuff with your release hand. Not so with this release, its easy to tuck the mechanism away when you don tneed it, and the arm grip is super comfortable without being bulky. the strap buckle is easy to use and very quiet compared to hook and loop arangements which can seem super loud in the woods. i can only compare it to the release i had which is almost twice the price and the two cheap realeases i tried in the store which were absolutely terrible. Id definatley recomend this to any hunter looking for a comfortable and quiet release.
