I love these trousers (please don't call them "pants"). I bought my first pair when we lived in England and they've given excellent service from the Scottish Highlands to the Goa Coast in India. I particularly like their soft feel, not "nylony" like many similar items I have found. They are reasonably cool, don't stain easily and wear well. They run long in my opinion, which Amazon does not help by shipping Regulars instead of the Shorts that I ordered. I'm 6'0 and find the Regular length long for my taste (on me, the Regulars bunch up very similarly to the photo, not a good length for outdoor trousers IMO). The only knock I'm giving these is that the pockets are a bit shallow and I'm finding my keys and such falling out of them. Fortunately, each pocket has a zippered second pocket so I'll just need to use those I guess.
